Monday 27 September

Depart Australia with travel via Kuala Lumpur to Penang.

Tuesday 28 September

Transfer from airport to The Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa. Melbourne and Perth based delegates arrive into Penang at 12:05am. Immediate access to your rooms will be available once check in procedures are completed. Sydney and Brisbane based delegates arrive into Penang at 8:25am. You will also have immediate access to your room once check-in procedures are complete. A buffet breakfast at Spice Market Restaurant is provided for all guests. The day has deliberately been left free for you to settle in to your new surroundings. You will have full access to all resort activities and facilities. The Pharmacy Guild of Australia 2010 Offshore Conference Welcome Cocktail Reception will take place this evening and is open to all conference delegates and accompanying persons.

Wednesday 29 September

Conference sessions begin this morning and will run the whole day. A Partner's Program is planned and will feature a range of exciting activities based in and around The Shangri-La Rasa Sayang Resort and Spa during all conference sessions.

Conference delegates and partners will also be pleased to know that a Children’s Program aimed specifically at primary school aged children (4–12 years) will run during all conference sessions and group evening functions. Dinner is at leisure this evening and all guests are
encouraged to explore the night market and restaurants located immediately outside the Shangri-la Resort grounds.

Included Meals: Breakfast.For registered conference delegates, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea will also be provided.

Thursday 30 September

The conference sessions continue again this morning. The Partner's and Children's Program will be in full swing during the morning with participants kept active and challenged. A group dinner will take place at Eden Seafood Village this evening. Walking distance from the hotel, Eden Seafood Village is home to some of Penang's finest seafood. A Cultural Show will accompany the dinner. Following dinner, participants can make their way back to the Resort at leisure, enjoying the night market and bars dotted along the way.

Friday 1 October

The whole day has been left free for you to explore the resort or just relax by the ocean or pool. Indulge in a spa treatment or join some of the optional tours to Georgetown or some of the shopping malls bursting with everything from high end international brands to locally made goods. For the adventurous, be sure to make a stop at one of the Hawker Markets located throughout the island for either lunch or dinner. You'll quickly see why Malaysia, and more specifically Penang is known as a food lovers paradise.

Saturday 2 October

The educational component of the conference continues with a half day of conference sessions planned for the morning. Once again Children will have specific activities designed especially for them. All sessions will be completed around lunch time, allowing delegates to relax in the afternoon prior to the Farewell Dinner.

Sunday 3 October

Brisbane and Perth participants have an early morning departure from the hotel – with return flights departing Penang around 7:00am and connecting through Kuala Lumpur. Perth bound passengers arrive home at 3:00pm while Brisbane bound passengers arrive home at around 7:00pm. Sydney and Melbourne bound participants have the morning at leisure before checking out of the hotel at midday. Full access to the resort facilities is still available for these people. Transfers to the airport will begin mid afternoon with departure flights leaving early evening.

Monday 4 October

Melbourne bound passengers arrive at 8:05am. Sydney bound passengers arrive at 9:00am.
