A number of upgrade options exist on the Shangri-la Rasa Sayang. The number of rooms in each category is limited and will be allocated in the order that registrations are received.

Notes On Pricing
1 All pricing is subject to availability and change without notice.
2 A registration fee is payable by all people attending the 2010 Pharmacy Guild Offshore Conference including delegates, partners and accompanying persons (i.e. children).
3 Airline taxes and surcharges are included as at 1 May 2010 and are subject to change.
4 All non-Australian based activities are based on foreign exchange rates as at 1 May 2010. All costs are subject to alteration due to fluctuations in exchange rates and any shortfalls that may arise are the sole responsibility of the participant.
5 Due to the range of airline and tour options, some itineraries may require additional flights or accommodation to be booked at the passenger's own expense.
6 Flights are not always daily from all capital cities and may necessitate involuntary stopovers en route or additional flight connections. These services may result in additional charges payable by the passenger.
7 The Adult Conference Package price is based on departures from Melbourne. As the cost of airfares departing Perth is less than from Melbourne, a credit of $115 per person will be applied to all Economy class passengers departing Perth.
Adult Travel Package
Inclusions
• Economy class return airfare from Melbourne via Kuala Lumpur to Penang.
• Transfer from Penang Airport to Shangri-la Rasa Sayang Resort (for designated group flights only) on 28 September.
• Six nights twin/double accommodation in a Garden Wing Deluxe Room at the Shangri-la Rasa Sayang Resort (27 September– 3 October). The night of 27 September is pre-booked to facilitate immediate check in for all guests arriving early on the morning of 28 September.
• Daily Buffet Breakfast at Spice Garden Café from 28 September to 3 October.
• Transfer from Shangrila Rasa Sayang Resort to Penang Airport (for designated group flights only) on 3 October.
• Welcome Reception on evening of 28 September.
